Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. The space The property has an area of more than 10,000 m2 and is fully fenced with a solid wall that gives it complete privacy. In the middle of the estate is the house surrounded by a large garden. It has a barbecue area and a wood-burning oven. Another area with a huge indoor pool, 20 meters long to relax or work out, and an inviting Jacuzzi. The pool is covered but not heated. In March and April the water will be cold. It is surrounded by grass with a stone table and benches. Finally, there is a walk among large pine trees. The building's ground floor has a huge living room with a fireplace. A kitchen with an office area and a full bathroom. On the first floor there are three bedrooms all with double beds. The master bedroom, with an en-suite bathroom, has an additional single bed. Another full bathroom is shared by the other two bedrooms. On the next floor there is a game room with a pool table and access to a terrace overlooking La Bañeza. This space has a viewpoint railing that overlooks the ground floor living room. And the top floor is an attic room with two double beds and two single beds. Other things to note La Bañeza is located in the south of the León region, less than 3 hours from Madrid, with direct access from the A6. Always visible on the horizon, the imposing Sierra del Teleno and crossing its valleys, the Via de la Plata, a Roman road that linked Mérida with Astorga. La Bañeza is a perfect place from which to visit the rich region and enjoy all that it has to offer. In August, during its Patron Saint Festivities, the Grand Prix of Speed is celebrated, being the only motorcycle race in Spain that is run on an urban circuit. Just 5 km away is Jimenez de Jamuz, a town known for its crafts and pottery, as well as its Mayos festivities and its living Via Crucis.
