Bamboo house with beautiful view

The space The property is on a hill in the middle of the dry forest and thus gives beautiful views of the sea and the mountains The view can be enjoyed well on the large terrace with a large dining table, hammock and outdoor sofa. The house has a first floor living room, open kitchen, bathroom and outdoor shower. On the second floor there are two bedrooms. From there you can reach the attic with a ladder, where the third bed is located. Attention, not childproof!!! If the house is used with more than 4 people, the apartment below will also be rented. The apartment has its own entrance, private bathroom and small kitchen. Guest access The bamboo house is tucked away in the guarded urbanization "Los Aposentos." We will gladly provide precise directions. If you come by taxi, please tell the driver "Los Aposentos." From the main road towards Jama, turn left into a small path and then cross a river, which is very shallow from May to January and can be crossed without problems. Between February and April, there may be occasional heavy rainfall and the river is then not passable for a few hours. The roads are passable with any car, but very uneven. The house is on a mountain and offers free, covered parking. From there, about 70 steps still have to be climbed, but they are rewarded with a great view. Other things to note The house is located in the middle of beautiful nature. Our houses are almost completely sealed and equipped with mosquito nets, so there should be hardly any problems with unexpected visitors. Nevertheless, of course, every now and then one or the other small visitor comes by, and you should not be afraid. The roads to our houses are not paved, but still easily accessible. From May to January, the roads are easily accessible by any type of car and the river is low. From February to April, it depends very much on the rainy season how strong the rainfall is. In 2021 and 2022, it rained little and even then the roads could be driven well. In 2023, it rained very heavily and the river was not navigable on some days between February and April or only with 4x4 drive. Since the phenomenon of La Niña is likely to occur this year, we will be in close coordination with the guests. If a guest cannot arrive because of the river, we will of course refund everything.
