This bright and comfortable house is ideal for a quiet holiday, in a green setting outside the subdivision, a few steps from a Conservatoire du Littoral nature reserve. Its large 1400 m2 wooded garden will satisfy adults and children looking for space to play in peace, in the sun or in the shade. Hiking trails and bike paths provide access to the beach through the woods or shopping at the pretty port of Sainte-Marine, pearl of the Bigouden country. The space The house consists of 4 bedrooms to accommodate up to 8 guests. Two bedrooms are each equipped with a 160 x 200 bed. One bedroom has two 90 x 200 beds, attached or separated. A fourth bedroom accommodates 2 separate 90 x 200 beds. Linens and towels are provided, so you don't have to worry about them. The main living room is a friendly space bathed in light. It consists of a living room/dining room/open plan kitchen, open to the south-facing terrace, and equipped with comfortable sofas, a coffee table and a solid wood dining table that seats up to 8 people. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare delicious meals. There is a fridge/freezer, induction stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, pod coffee maker and cooking utensils. The large sunny terrace with sun loungers, umbrella and outdoor table will also allow you to organize outdoor barbecues. A shower room on the ground floor and a bathroom with bathtub upstairs complete the package. A garage adjoining the kitchen is also available.
