Forget your worries, in our lovingly furnished apartment!It is located between Koblenz, the Nürburgring and Cologne/Bonn. The apartment has a 2 x 2 m bed in the bedroom. In the living room there is another 140 bed. The dining room with its large windows overlooking the countryside invites you to start your morning in a cozy way. On the couch you can relax and watch TV or plan excursions. The balcony overlooking Schalkenbach will complete your stay! The space The apartment enters via the hallway area with wardrobe! Adjacent to it you will find the large bedroom with a 2x2m bed and a closet for your belongings, the daylight bathroom with rain shower and corner tub invites you to relax, the living room with large couch and armchair is ideal for planning excursions or watching TV, 6 people can be accommodated at the dining table and the view from the window is simply fantastic, so you can start the day powerfully!There is also the 2 sleeping space with a 140 m bed in the living room. In the kitchen you will find everything you need to cook and a fridge/freezer combination as well as a Senseo and a Tassimo machine, toaster and kettle. Smoking/vaping please only on the balcony, dogs please only by arrangement! A water and food bowl is available for dogs! Towels and linens are provided! Check-in is possible in person or via the key box! Guest access The apartment is only accessible for the guests. Other things to note Catchment area Cologne/Bonn, Koblenz, Nürburgring all easy to reach and ideal for excursions! Shopping facilities, in Königsfeld (next town) there is a bakery and the Werners basic food shop open 5 am - 11 pm. All things of daily need can be found in Sinzig (12 min drive), there is Rewe Kaufland Aldi, Penny, etc., on the Rhine you can linger and relax. In Bad Neuenahr (15 min drive) you will also find everything there is in Sinzig so possibilities are abundant😉
