The Green Family villa is a traditional house, located in a quiet area of ​​an olive grove, on the old road of Karousades to Sidari,  with its own swimming pool, air-conditioned, ideal for hikers or nature lovers. The house extends over two levels; it is surrounded by a beautiful garden, and relaxing terraces and is really spacious/comfortable for a family or group consisting of 8 people, which can be accommodated in 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The space Ιτ is remarkable for its complete independence from energy, being autonomous, with the necessary photovoltaic and heat pumps to support it. Layout The entrance, which is privately accessed from the main road, opens into a huge lounge-diner and fully fitted kitchen, with doors opening onto the outside terraces and garden. The rest of the ground floor is occupied by two bedrooms, one double and one twin, which share a family bathroom. The interior wooden staircase leads up to the second floor, which is actually a spacious attic. This is divided into a double and a twin bedroom, which are also served by a shared toilet shower.
