The studio is in the heart of the resort, at the foot of the slopes and ESF, in a pleasant building close to the bakery, pharmacy, supermarket, restaurants and Pic du Midi cable car. The Tour de France passes in front of the residence 30 m2 studio with small balcony for coffee break (mountain view), on the 5 th floor of the "La Mongie 1800" Residence. Facing the quiet mountain side, the apartment is accessible from both sides of the building, station and rue des 4 thermes, convenient for unloading. The space The studio includes: - a living room with a sofa bed, new 160 x 200 mattress, storage cabinet, dining area, TV, DVD player. - open kitchenette with serving hatch to the living room with induction cooktop and traditional oven, microwave. - crepe maker, raclette machine etc. - a hallway with 3 bunk beds, two 4-drawer dressers and a large storage closet - bathroom with bathtub - separate WC. - a balcony with views of the quiet mountains - 3 sleds available You'll also have a ski locker on the ground floor Sheets, towels and kitchen linen are not provided. You will have pillows, duvets and mattress covers. The cleaning will be done on your exit.
