Welcome to our quiet and peaceful getaway. This one bedroom guest home "The Shed" is next to a pond with a pool that can be accessed. Serene location Close to Crooked River State Park (5 minutes to public boat ramp) and 15 minutes to Historic St Mary's and Cumberland Island access. GPS DIRECTIONS UNRELIABLE- Hwy 40 toward Crooked River, left on Mush Bluff Rd, left on Live oak Lane, go around curve and continue straight up Cadie Lane (Gravel Drive), take the right at the fork to The Shed. The space - Boat Parking: Planning to bring your own boat? No worries! We provide ample boat parking, ensuring that your vessel is secure and easily accessible throughout your stay. - Nearby Boat Ramp: For your added convenience, a boat ramp is located in close proximity to our property. Launch your boat hassle-free and set sail for memorable adventures on the river. - Cozy Accommodations: Our home comfortably sleeps four guests, making it an ideal choice for a small group or family retreat. The bedroom offers a restful sanctuary, while the queen sleeper sofa provides additional sleeping space. - Fishing Haven: If you're an angler at heart, you'll love the convenience of our pondside location. Grab your fishing gear and indulge in casting your line right from our dock. Get ready to reel in the catch of the day! Guest access You will have full access to "The Shed", this is a separate home on our property. Please enjoy. There is one security camera on the main home that covers the pool area that faces the direction of "The Shed" but does not encroach on guests privacy. Other things to note The max guests is for adults (2 adults), there is a pull out sofa that can accommodate 2 children. House Rules CHECK IN 3PM - CHECK OUT 11AM If checking out early please text the host and let them know. 1. This is a guest house and not a motel (please take care of the place). 2.Please keep doors closed except when entering and exiting because: 1) Pollen will get indoors and aggravate allergies. 2) Wildlife can get inside and disrupt your stay. 3. NO SMOKING. 4. No animals. (Except service dogs) 5. No events or parties. 6. Maximum of 4 guests. 7. You may use the pool, just remember there is no lifeguard. Swim at your own risk. Always check the skimmer baskets. 8. Children must be accompanied by an adult when using the pool. 9. Absolutely no fireworks 10. Linens must be stripped from beds and put in the corner of the bedroom. 11. Wifi Network: TheShed Password: Guest31558 12. The Gas Firepit is available for use but gas is not provided. You may hook up your own bottle or for $25 a full tank will be provided by the host. 13. If you decide to use the Firepit Please Turn Gas off at the Bottle. P.S. If you need help getting it started call me. 14. We are on a septic system. PLEASE DO NOT FLUSH ANYTHING OTHER THAN TOILET PAPER . Thanks. 15. Be careful driving down the lane. Some of our neighbors have small pets that are not on leashes. 16. If you need to throw away trash during your stay. The Blue trash can at the end of the driveway is where to deposit the trash. 17. The washer & dryer are for guest use only.
