We are located in Renovated Down Town Tijuana on Avenida Revolucion right next to great restaurants, coffee shops, bars, historical sites, and many tourist attractions. This area is the up & coming Gaslamp of Tijuana. We provide AC upon prior request from our guest with an add daily charge of $10 dollars per day. Without it the place is always nice & cool. Our building is gated & provide 24-7 security. 1 assigned covered garage parking provided. Entry is keyless, we provide a door code. The space This building was built in 2020, so it’s fairly new. We have friendly helpful security at the front lobby 24-7 and taking rounds throughout the building all day. This is a beautifully well decorated and spacious 2 bedroom, with a large comfy couch and ottoman. The master bedroom boast of a top of the line King size bed with balcony and gorgeous views of the city. Second bedroom has a new top of the line Queen size bed - second room is a loft type setting with a partition as a wall/ door, please look at the photos. The full bathroom is very spacious and equipped with all the essentials. Each unit has its own boiler so you will never run out of hot water. The kitchen has a microwave, fridge, stove, purified water dispenser, coffee maker, toaster, pots & pans and all the other necessary utensils. We have also stocked it w some complementary condiments. The living room boast of a large 65” tv and very spacious balcony with gorgeous views of the city. We also provide Air conditioning upon prior request from our guest with an additional daily charge of $15 dollars per day. Without it the place is always nice & cool. But we understand some guest like this amenity and so for the rental rate wouldn’t be affected we decided to provide this amenity only upon prior request. Guest access Guest have access to all the shared communal areas. Other things to note - The apartment door is digital. I will send you the code the day of your reservation. - The apartment does have AC. But it’s only provided upon prior request (before check in 3pm) at an additional charge. - There’s plenty of historic sites, restaurants, bars, taco stands, and souvenir shops all within walking distance. - The building has 24-7 security. - Uber works great in the city. - You can catch public transportation outside the building. - Guest are allowed if you haven’t reached the maximum capacity of 5, beyond that for any special circumstances we can make arrangements w admin as they are very flexible. - In Washer/ Dryer units are available for guest with stays longer than 14 days. We are not responsible for the mishandling of the units or any damage any garments.
