Welcome to our incredible family home, nestled on a quiet street, just minutes from Biltmore and Fashion Square shopping districts! Old Town Scottsdale is also nearby, along with exceptional restaurants. For those who enjoy a walk, the canal pathway is only steps away. Step outside into the resort-style backyard, featuring a cozy wood-burning fireplace, a hot tub and a pool that offers both sunshine & shaded areas for those warm afternoons. Heating of the pool is available at an additional fee The space Private, Secluded Backyard Retreat – Enjoy the tranquility of a completely private backyard, perfect for relaxation with a true resort-like feel. Note: For your convenience, a child car seat and booster seat are available, along with a few toys, board games and Legos to keep the little ones entertained. Pet Policy: We’re happy to welcome one house-trained dog (medium or smaller). We kindly ask that your dog remain off the furniture and beds, and that they not be left unattended in the home or yard. Please ensure your pet does not disturb the neighbors, as we want everyone to enjoy their stay. A $30 per night fee will apply for your dog. We also ask that any pet waste be picked up and properly discarded before check-out. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in following these pet rules. And don’t forget to enjoy fresh lemons, oranges, and grapefruits from our yard – the perfect addition to your stay! Photos are current as of February 7, 2026. Guest access Entire Home Access – Enjoy full access to the entire home, with the exception of the garage and the master bedroom closet. Don’t worry, the master bedroom is equipped with a large dresser and a luggage stand for your convenience. Plus, there’s plenty of closet space in the other three guest rooms for all your belongings. Other things to note Parking: You’ll have plenty of parking available in the driveway, as well as on the street in front of the home—super convenient! Entertainment: For some fun downtime, we’ve got a game cabinet full of board games, puzzles, and card games—think Monopoly, Jenga, Battleship, Scrabble, Connect 4, and more! There’s also a box of Lego to keep the little ones entertained. Security: Just a heads-up, we have a doorbell camera at the front door, along with cameras in the side yard, backyard, and front driveway. These are simply for security purposes and to help us keep track of how many guests are in the home. We appreciate your understanding! Permit & Pool Heat: We’re fully licensed with the Shape Phoenix Short Term Operating Permit, and you’ll find the license number in the guest handbook inside the home. Feel free to reach out if you need the permit number! Also, if you’d like to enjoy the heated pool during your stay, just let us know—it’s available for an additional fee.
