Located in the Reserve of Sian Kaan, but only 1 minute drive, means away from the hussle of the busy and noisy area, but close enough to walk, bike or drive when you choose to. On top of that we have an authentic mexican restaurant, rated as one of the best of Tulum according to our dear guest who always feedback to us when they have gone out to try other places. Guest access Our main feature is exclusiveness, therefore our guests will always have preference at our beach club which indeed we manage with limited capacity, any reservation at our communal table with one of the best authentic Mexican food in the area, or at ordering at any of our bars, one located in the beach area within the day, and from 7pm til late in the inside bar. Our Wifi works perfectly in every room and common areas and is free. Any activity such as boat experiences, bike rental, holistic experiences, massages, tours, are to be reserved and have a cost, mostly being Non-Refundable services. Our concierge service is free and we do have good connections with Top places. Other things to note • When entering the Reserve, park rangers will ask to purchase (in cash) a bracelet p/pax per day at 215 pesos (10 usd aprox), When staying more than 2 nights, inform them your stay is only 2 to avoid them wanting to get them all at once. • Find a bell in your left side to call on our door. • Need transportation from the airport? We collaborate with transportation companies for shuttle service, or if staying for 4 nights or more, we also collaborate with a great option Car Rental service.
