Welcome to Maison Constant, in the Ginkgo, a spacious and cosy gîte in the heart of Autun, perfect for family, leisure or business stays. Located 5 minutes from the cathedral, in the historic centre, within a beautiful old estate set in an enclosed park filled with centuries-old trees, including a magnificent Giant Sequoia. A stay in Autun in a green setting. The space Our 45 m² gîte in the centre of Autun offers a calm and bright setting, ideal for exploring Burgundy. Tastefully renovated for 4 guests, it features a fully equipped living/kitchen area, a bedroom and a bathroom in a cosy chic style, perfect for a holiday rental in Burgundy. You stay in one of the entrance pavilions of the estate, facing the street. This lovely 42 m² apartment, cosy and opening onto the park, includes: - A 20 m² living area with a 140x200 cm sofa bed (comfortable extra sleeping space for two adults), a flat-screen TV, opening onto a fully equipped kitchen (oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge, Nespresso machine, toaster, kettle...), a desk and tourist books about the region - A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200 cm), a workspace and novels available - A bathroom with shower and bathtub overlooking the giant sequoia Free parking spaces are nearby. Equipment for children can be provided on request (travel cot / high chair / baby bath / toys...). An ironing board and iron are available on request. Guest access The apartment is reserved for you throughout your stay. You have unlimited access to the park, as well as to the facilities: children's area (swing set, slide, sandbox) and garden lounges located in various spots around the park. Please note that during adverse weather conditions (storms, strong winds, etc.) we restrict access to the park for safety reasons (falling branches, etc.). Other things to note Other information to note: This property in the historic centre of Autun is close to all sights and amenities (notably 5 minutes from the cathedral), making it easy to plan your visit. The enclosed park of nearly 1 hectare offers several relaxing areas: children's games, swing set and slide will delight the little ones, while adults can enjoy pétanque or other outdoor games we provide. Beyond road access, Autun is 2 hours from Paris by train / 1h15 from Lyon via the Le Creusot Monceau TGV station. The Mobigo line 706 shuttle runs the route several times a day.
