A moveable side table can be used with the sofas in the living room, close the balcony, and the one in the balcony. The bedroom and the balcony provide beautiful city skyline views and water/bay views. Also, watch trans through the bedroom and the balcony could be very attractive and relaxing. The bed room has a super comfy bed and a lovely small working space. With floor-to-ceiling windows and a big window open to the balcony, it offers views, sunshine, fresh air, and perfect sleep/stay experiences. The balcony have beautiful 2-set sofa and perfect color design, where you can enjoy the natural, the time, and the views. Big open living and dinning area with open-kitchen, gives you the space to enjoy the stay and create/suit your own living styles. Having central-air-con can set the apt in a good temperature no matter in the winter or the summer. The apt has plenty places to store your clothes and other things. It has washing machine, dryer, microwave, hairdryer, high-speed WiFi, dish wash, and many things you will need. It’s the perfect long term stay apt and, of course, a great short stay choice. Please use the washing machine properly (for example: don’t use the dish washing liquid), otherwise $550 will be charged. No pets, and service animals too, bcz I have serious allergies. If found any, $1000 will be charged. No sofa bed in the room and no extra ppl allowed to stay above the maximum. Otherwise, $220 will be charged. We only provide 1 towel per person per stay, but the washing machine and dryer are in the apt and free to use. Refund or complain will not be accepted regarding this. Bugs, spiders, spiders webs, and etc is unavoidable since it has balcony/windows/door. Refund or complain will not be accepted regarding this. Wears and tears on the wall, the floor, furnitures, cooking utilities, etc. But it will be clean and functional. Refund or complain will not be accepted regarding this. Any damages and/or stains on the floor or carpet or fabric furnitures will be charged $550/each stain/damage. Other damages will be charged as the fixing requires. Dust is unavoidable on furniture, decorations, carbines, and etc. even just after cleaning. No matter they are inside or outside. Bcz windows, doors, balcony, door-frame-cracks, and etc, many reasons can bring dust everywhere inside the area and outside. Refunds and complains will not be accepted regarding this.
