You’ll find all kinds of services: supermarket, bank, restaurants, all within walking distance. Guest access ✔ Cleaning during stay = €15 ✔ Towel change = €10 (up to 4 people) ✔ Bed linen change = €15 (up to 4 people) The apartment is private; you have the entire accommodation at your disposal. Other things to note ✔ Located on the first floor ✔ We are required to ask you to fill out the traveler's form ✔ Check-in: We will leave the keys in a lockbox ✔ Basic supplies for the first days (toilet paper, salt) ❄️Air conditioning: The air conditioning is free from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM. This is due to the high electricity costs on the island and our desire to encourage responsible use. Contact us if you need unlimited air conditioning (extra charge). 🐶Pet policy Due to allergies, pets or companion animals are not allowed, including those for emotional support. We appreciate your understanding. ⚠️Please note: Cape Verde is a developing island, so occasional power, water, or internet outages may occur. These are external factors beyond our control, so we cannot take responsibility for such interruptions. The island sometimes suffers from general water outages. We have private water tanks to supply water when this occurs. This is a big advantage over many other accommodations that do not have tanks. Unfortunately, these tanks are not unlimited, so there is a small chance of being without water for a few hours. They are building a building next to ours. They don't use heavy machinery, but there might be some noise during the day. We’re sorry for the inconvenience.
