Close to several grocery stores, pharmacies, banks and restaurants. Rental has separate , private entrance with smart lock. The space The rental has large living room and dining room in open concept space. There is a laundry area with brand new washer and dryer. Fully stocked kitchen. Bathroom with bathtub. Bedroom with queen size bed, chest of drawers, two nightstands. Guest access You will have access to the entire rental which is the whole lower floor of the home. There is one flight of stairs to enter the home. If you have trouble with steep stairs, please let us know ahead of time so we can discuss access via the garage. Other things to note Guests will not have access to the backyard. Please walk dogs on the street sidewalk and not on the front yard grass. Please park on the street and not the driveway. If you need access to the driveway to load and unload your luggage etc., we do offer 30 minute intervals. Please communicate at least 24 hours ahead of time of the time you and your guest(s) plan to arrive and need access to the driveway. Then, we will be sure to accommodate the request for 30 minute unloading and loading during that time period. To access the path to the rental main door, you can walk up the driveway and walk up the a couple of stairs on the left hand side of the house. Take this external path to the rental exterior door. (Please note: there are beautiful trees, plants and flowers on either side and above the path. There may be leaves from time to time.)
