Beautiful apartment to share, in the heart of Madrid, located in a residential building, in front of the Royal Palace, a few minutes walk from the Opera, Puerta del Sol and Gran Vía metro stations The space The room is located on a floor of a residential building, on the 1st floor (by stairs) in front of the royal palace, in the heart of Madrid, a 3-minute walk from the Ópera metro and a 9-minute walk from Puerta del Sol. The apartment has 6 bedrooms, all with an en-suite bathroom. Guest access The shared areas include the living room and the kitchen with dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, ceramic hob, toaster, cooking utensils, cutlery, and tableware. Daily cleaning of shared areas is provided. Bed linen and towels are included in the reservation. For medium- and long-term stays, weekly cleaning is included at no extra charge. Additional cleaning services can be requested for 30 €, subject to availability. Other things to note Check-in Hours Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. It is mandatory to confirm your estimated arrival time in advance so we can organize your check-in accordingly. Late arrivals are allowed until midnight (00:00), only with prior notice, explicit authorization from our team, and the payment of a 30 € late check-in fee. As this is a shared apartment, and in order to respect the rest of the other guests, check-in is not allowed after midnight. No admission before 10:00 a.m. to the building. We kindly ask for maximum discretion when entering or leaving the apartment and the building, especially during quiet hours. Important: The building does not have an elevator.
