Police intervention due to noise complaints will result in immediate check-out without refund. Cleaning may not be completed by check-in time during busy periods like Obon, New Year's, and long weekends, with no refunds or check-out time extensions. The bedding provided in the room is all that is available; there are no spare blankets. Please prepare for cold weather yourself. Wi-Fi is available but not guaranteed; it's not listed due to potential poor connection. Please refrain from booking if Wi-Fi is critical, as we cannot provide support for it. Being a detached house, it may take time for the air conditioning or heating to take effect. Trash is collected by a contractor, which may result in previous guests' trash remaining at check-in time. We recommend considering other accommodations if you cannot comply with the above terms.
