It is the ideal base for exploring the area between the lake and the mountains or simply enjoying the tranquility. Renovated in 2022 and furnished to a high standard, the Orange House consists of three independent apartments. The property is located in the basement and is equipped with all the modern conveniences. Each apartment has a private area with sun loungers and lake views, as well as a shared brick barbecue and a bike cleaning area. Inside, you will find a bright living area with a hot tub (Jacuzzi) and lake views, a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV with international channels, a wood-burning stove, and a fully equipped kitchen, including a Nespresso coffee machine. From the living area, you can access the spacious private terrace, which is equipped with a table and chairs – ideal for al fresco meals with a stunning panoramic view. The apartment has two cozy bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with two single beds. There is also an elegant bathroom with a shower and high-quality details made from local olive wood. For added convenience, guests also have access to a private parking space. Just a few steps away is the picturesque village of Piovere (a district of Tignale), which has a bar and a small shop. The location is ideal for those seeking tranquility: the beach and the center of Tignale are about 6 km away.
