This stylish, super clean place is perfect for a single, or a couple. A home away from home. It is spacious and everything you need is your own to use (no access to host space). Fully self contained space (bedroom, kitchen, bathroom with washing machine & dryer). Little Murray River is a stone throw away. This walk will lead you to the Pioneer Settlement. Racecourse a very short walk. CBD is a 15 minute walk (2 minute drive). Long term stay? Make an enquiry to see how we can help. The space Fully private bedroom, bathroom, kitchen and laundry. Recently renovated and No sharing at all. The AirBnB space is closed off from host space. Outside renovations in progress for outdoor guest bbq area and private outdoor space but rest assured, we hold off on making noise when we have guests. Guest access Private access via house front door. However, there is no access ⛔️ to non AirBnB space through the beach view double doors in entrance space. During your stay We will be available to assist you with any questions you have, ensuring your stay is enjoyable and easy. We will be guided by you. Other things to note Please note: We have two young dogs who are used to guests so are generally quiet. There are no shared spaces and while the quarters are attached to the house, it is closed off from host space for full privacy.
