Charming Provencal-style house 1 km from the village of Aups, known for its Provencal markets and truffles. Possibility to walk to the center of the village (10 min). Located 15-20 min from Lac de Sainte Croix by car and 30 min from Gorges du Verdon. Bright house with covered terrace and pergola. 3 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed, 2 others with 1 bed 120 cm in each. Equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave. Washing machine. Wi-Fi and fiber TV. The space Beautiful individual Provencal house, with: -An open living room with reversible air conditioner -A dining room open to living room and kitchen -An open kitchen -A pantry with washing machine and fridge freezer -Bathroom on the ground floor - Separate toilet on the ground floor. -Three bedrooms, 1 bedroom bed for 2 people 140/190 on the ground floor and two bedrooms upstairs with 120cm/200cm beds. We also have a sofa bed and a crib. We do not have a crib for small children. Spiral staircase to the floor (slightly narrow staircase), secured by a gate for young children. We invite guests to look at the photos of the spiral staircase leading to the two upstairs bedrooms as it is narrow and a little steep for some people (elderly or limited mobility). There is no TV in the bedrooms. The accommodation is intended for only 4 people . Guests staying at the listing must be mentioned at the time of booking ( we do not accept surprise guests). Different outdoor dining area with barbecue, 1 wood grill (if weather permitting, ) 1 gas grill. For young children, there is a small playground area with a slide and a little playhouse. Linens are provided (sheets, bath towels, kitchen towels), as well as a high chair and a travel crib for infants (0 to 12 months). We live in front of the accommodation we offer you, but without vis-à-vis. So we're here to welcome you. Electric car charging during the stay is prohibited( risk of overheating fire due to non-compliant connections). Our village is equipped with two terminals( one in the parking lot and another in Intermarché). We have very nice dogs who are on our fenced property. Guest access Entire place, terraces and garden. Proposed accommodation not fenced. Other things to note No pets allowed. Owners living opposite and owning dogs in a fenced and secure yard. Dogs won't be able to get inside the place we're offering.
