Guest access You have full access to the washer and dryer. The kitchen is fully operational and a grill is on the patio. I have an office in the back and occasionally use the backyard to tend the garden and lawn. Other things to note Please no smoking in the house. This includes vaping. We don’t allow events or parties of any kind. An event or party is any additional guests over the number on your reservation. Quiet hours are at 11 pm.
