Are you looking for a spacious villa, located in a quiet area just 10 minutes from Avenyn? Then you've found the right place! This spacious 3-story villa offers 5 bedrooms, 12 beds, 2 kitchens and 3 bathrooms (including 1 with sauna). When you're not hanging out inside, there's a big 800 sqm yard to hang out in. Children live in the house, so the yard is well adapted with a trampoline and other fun things. If you are traveling without children, you can hang out on the two newly-built balconies or in the Jacuzzi. Perfect for a weekend or during Gothia! The space In the well-sized 3-story house, you will first be met by a spacious hall, then enter the kitchen with an open floor plan towards a large living room. The large social areas invite both socializing and mingling for many people. On the ground floor, you will also find two of the house's bedrooms, both with double beds. From the entrance floor, you can both go up to the upper floor, out on a roofed lounge terrace with a hanging chair and a smaller table. From there, there is also a staircase down to the courtyard. If you go up to the upper floor, you will first be met by a hall with a small cozy corner, but also a master bedroom with a double bed, direct access to the bathroom and to your own balcony. On this floor there is also a children's room with a full-length bed. Also from this room you have direct access to the bathroom. If you go down to the basement, you have both a large bathroom with toilet, shower and sauna. Here you will also find the laundry room. Furthermore, in the basement there is a large room with a kitchenette, as well as a well-sized bedroom where there is both a double bed, a sofa bed for two and a work area. From this room in the basement, you can step directly out onto one of the house's balconies where the hot tub is also waiting for a 40-degree dip from you. In addition, the courtyard offers a trampoline, playhouse, lounge area and dining table. Charcoal grill is also available here. For your information, the cat Greta also lives in the house. She is an outdoor cat, so all that needs to be done is to refill food and water once per day during the stay. Alarm systems are located in the house with smoke detectors and cameras that are only activated in the event of an alarm.
