Charming Studio at St. Tropez Condominium, next to the iconic El San Juan Hotel, ideal for two adults. The unit features a queen-size bed, comfortable sofa, Wi-Fi and cable, partial beach view, fully equipped kitchen, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, and coin-operated laundry. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, lounges, pharmacy, and market. Check-in at 4:00 PM and check-out at 11:00 AM. No smoking. Early check-in and/or late check-out may be available for $10 per hour. The space Fully equipped studio with kitchen, including bed sheets and comforters, bath and beach/pool towels, beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler. A BBQ area is available by the pool, and the apartment is stocked with the necessary equipment; per Condominium Association rules, please ensure the BBQ area is cleaned after use. No smoking. Emotional support and service animals are not permitted, in accordance with Condominium Association policy. Guest access Just a 5-minute walk to the beach, with everything you need within easy walking distance, including CVS and Walgreens pharmacies, Pueblo Supermarket, and a 24-hour Marketplace. Also in the area there are shops, bars, and restaurants. Located next door is the iconic El San Juan Hotel & Resort, also offering excellent restaurants, bars, pool bar, and the rooftop bar/restaurant Jimmy’s. Across the Street is Sobao Coffee, and Nearby dining options also include Chili’s, Plato’s, Piu Bello, Metropol, Las Canarias Bakery, plus several other restaurants and fast-food choices. Upon arrival, you’ll find a Puerto Rico guide in the apartment to help you make the most of your stay.
