This villa trades proximity for privacy—you're 5 minutes from West End with 1.5 acres all to yourselves. Important: The villa is NOT within walking distance of beaches or restaurants. The main road has no sidewalk and gets busy, especially at night. Getting around: - West End: 5 min drive (taxis $3-5, readily available at the gate) - West Bay: 10 min drive (taxis $7-10) - Most guests rent a car for maximum convenience - Alex and his drivers available for pre-booked transfers and tours If you need to walk barefoot from bed to beach, this isn't your place. If you want your own pool, space to breathe, and easy driving access, you're home. COMFORT & SUSTAINABILITY We provide filtered drinking water (skip the plastic bottles). The AC works beautifully—just close doors and windows when using it. The grounds crew maintains the gardens M/W/F mornings and stays out of your way.
