Close to Sam's Bait and Tackle convenient store to grab anything before your fishing trip. Many restaurants in the area including OSO Early, Avenue Pub, and GT's on the Bay. A little under a mile from the Waterfront Kid's Playground and Coastal Art Center to make a visit at the Hot Shop and Clay Studio. A quick five minute drive to many different public beach accesses from the complex to sit in the white sand beaches. Perdido Grande does require parking passes. The complex charges $28/parking pass and limits two vehicles per condo. If bringing a boat we will need to register for a boat pass for $100.
