This beautiful & spacious three bedroom, 4 bathroom end unit town home enjoys a perfect location backing onto ski access and forest. The space On the main floor is the living area with soaring high windows, comfortable couches, rock faced gas fireplace, and flat screen TV. Also on the main floor are the kitchen & dining areas, a bedroom with queen bed, and a three piece bathroom for convenience. Upstairs you will find the master & 2nd bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV, and private ensuite. The 2nd bedroom has a queen/single bunk bed. Adjacent to the 2nd bedroom is a full bathroom. On the lower floor you’ll find the front entry, a single vehicle garage, the den area with a queen sofa bed, flat screen TV, another full bathroom, and best of all…access to your very own private hot tub outdoors. This property allows 9 people maximum. Bedrooms: Master Bedroom - one king bed - sleeps 2 2nd Bedroom - one queen bed - sleeps 2 3rd Bedroom – one queen/single bunk bed - sleeps 3 Lower Den - one queen sofa bed - sleeps 2 Bathrooms Master Ensuite - tub and walk in shower 2nd Bathroom (for bedroom 2) - tub and shower Main Floor Bath Room – walk-in shower Lower Den Bathroom - tub and shower A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking. The balance is due 45 days prior to arrival. There are NO cancellations within 45 days of arrival. With the balance of payment the refundable damage deposit is collected. If all is AOK upon departure the refundable damage deposit is applied back to the credit card used to make the final balance of payment. Sorry! NO pets allowed.
