You will have the opportunity to stay in this ancient stone farmhouse recovered from a farmhouse and the ruins of an ancient medieval tower. Apecchio is simply the most cozy apartment in our farmhouse, suitable for romantic stays, able to offer you the best without sacrificing the necessary comforts to make your vacation relaxing and refreshing. You will simply feel comfortable, at one with the surrounding environment pervaded by a refreshing tranquility. The space We provide the customers with totally independent apartments and equipped with all the comforts. Shared garden and pool and exclusive access to the entire farm stay. Specifically, we provide guests with 4 cozy apartments with independent entrance, a common room with exposed stone walls, with a fireplace and satellite TV, a barbecue with a wood-burning oven and a pool with a solarium and a swimming pool with a sun and a hot tub area. The Apecchio apartment, refined and simple, is an apartment with attention to every detail and arranged on a mezzanine floor to which you have access from the inner courtyard of the farm. Going up 4 steps you will have access to the apartment, where, once you enter, you will find yourself in the open space (living room/living room) with complete rustic kitchen and equipped with all the necessary appliances to prepare excellent meals in total autonomy. In the living room you will have a 4-seater table, a kitchen and a sofa with a TV corner where you can feed comfortably with the family and then relax in front of a good movie. Split the living area from the sleeping area is a hallway through which you have access to the room and bathroom. The room equipped with a comfortable double bed is tastefully furnished and features a few Apecchio prints, which, along with rustic furniture, characterize the room. In the bedroom, in addition to the comfortable fine wooden closet, you can appreciate the romantic desk corner with a retro flavor, on which you will find it practical to use your computer or use it as a toilet for the most demanding women. The bathroom, also in an essential and comfortable rustic style, has a practical shower stall, toilet, bidet, washbasin with heater, and towels. If the interior is to your liking, think of the amazement that you will feel overlooking the view of the farm, you will be pervaded by the natural tranquility of the place and from the valley where the rustic and historic village of Apecchio is nestled. Guest access We offer guests many common areas located within the perimeter of the farm... A multipurpose common room with a beautiful wood-burning fireplace, a large barbecue with a hood and grill table in company, an ancient wood-burning oven, the pool (open from June to September 15) is equipped with a jacuzzi and Roman staircase, a solarium with umbrellas and deck chairs, and a large gazebo for those who want to shelter from the sun's rays, the entire pool area at the foot of the farm is surrounded by a green park where you can relax in the shade of the elm. Other things to note Inside the property you will find a small educational farm for children and adults and the "ecological walk", a ring path between plants and broom, with the possibility of stopping under the large oak tree, to listen to the voices of nature. Walking tours are possible along the hilly trails and Mount Nerone where with qualified guides you can take descents into the many caves and climbs in the wall and in the forra.
