Guest access Guest have full access to unit except locked owners closets Other things to note This condo is brand new! We allow a maximum of 4 people with the minimum age of 10. The master is a king size bed and pullout is a Full size in living room, the dining area seats 4. If more then 4 people are seen staying in the unit we reserve the rights to charge an extra $100 per night or cancel your stay with out refund. There will be before and after pictures taken of the unit and an inventory checked. Please do not remove any of our items from the suite, including towels, dishes, cups, etc.. Please respect our home during your stay. Valet is $50 a night. Or there is alternative parking off the property. There is no free onsite parking or daily maid service. There will be some cleaning supplies available, broom, garbage bags, windex etc in kitchen. ( special request for long stays) There is a laundry basket in the bathroom for used towels. The pool does provides large towels, so no need to take from the room. There is absolutely NO SMOKING of any kind or ANIMALS/ including SERVICE animals.
