The space Recently renovated, this lovely first-floor apartment has a private balcony facing a magnificent olive tree, with a wide view of the sea. The stairs lead to the sunny entrance porch, with a quiet view of the gardens and the hill, from which you can admire the sun at dawn. Compact and comfortable, the apartment still has everything you need, ideal for a couple.   The bedroom has a double bed with a new comfort mattress and a large wardrobe. Sheets and towels are provided. The two sofas in the living room function as single beds, but there is a small extra cost.   The view from the living room and balcony gives a sense of space and privacy, particularly magical for watching spectacular sunsets over the sea. On the balcony, there is a table for outdoor dining and an umbrella. Large ceiling fans in all rooms, along with refreshing sea breezes, keep the house constantly cool.   The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to prepare summer meals, including a gas stove, a refrigerator with freezer, a coffee machine (Lavazza), an electric kettle, a microwave and grill, dishwasher, pots and pans, dishes and cutlery. In the bathroom there is a new washing machine and a drying rack on the terrace. For business or pleasure, a great Wi-Fi connection is available. There is a nice large swimming pool in Calarossa, available to all guests. You have to pay extra, but there are many possibilities with attractive prices for families, individuals, per day, per week, etc. During the summer months, the residence enjoys a cheerful and fun atmosphere in the evening, with music coming from the nearby hotel and private parties that are occasionally held in other apartments. The festive atmosphere is not only felt in Calarossa, but throughout the area. Isola Rossa hosts a night market, with street vendors, music and special events for children and adults. Special festivals and festivals are held in many of the neighboring towns. For those who prefer a quiet vacation in solitude, the serene peace of nature and the cooler climate, spring and autumn are the ideal times to visit Calarossa. The crowd is gone, many facilities are closed. But in the area, there are always some shops and restaurants open. In the pine forest above Li Canneddi beach, you will find a bar with lovely outdoor sofas and tables. From morning to evening, you can relax in the shade of the trees, with a wide view of the sea. Inside the residence, another bar is open late in the evening. It is a wonderful place for an aperitif, chic and intimate, with a breathtaking view of the sunset from its outdoor terrace! Since Calarossa is located in the countryside, a car is essential to make the most of your vacation. Other fantastic beaches along the northern coast of the island, as well as the historic villages, are worth a visit. For trekking lovers, numerous trails from Calarossa wind along the rocky coast, with spectacular views, sometimes on wild terrain but all accessible without having to take the car. You can easily get away from everything, enjoying the wild nature, the majestic rock formations of the coast, the coves and secluded beaches, where tranquility and peace offer a moment of relaxation. Clothing vendors and many beach and home items also come to these markets. On Mondays, the market is held in Trinità d'Agultu, on the hill above the beach, 10 minutes away by car. On Thursdays, the market is held in Isola Rossa. The evenings in Isola Rossa are festive! The night market offers a wide range of vendors offering everything from handmade jewelry to ceramics, leather goods, and lots of fun surprises. Music and theater in the square, festivals and fairs, bars and restaurants open late create a festive and summer atmosphere. From Isola Rossa, you can also book boat trips to visit the famous Maddalena archipelago, as well as rent small boats to explore the coast of the area. Not far along the coast, Castelsardo, with its beautiful old town perched on the cliffs, is worth a visit. Famous for its hand-woven baskets, it boasts an impressive cathedral, as well as some interesting museums, excellent restaurants and narrow stone streets. Santa Teresa di Gallura, another beautiful city, is worth the 45-minute drive. Plan a day at its famous beach, Rena Bianca, with its white sand and crystal clear water, then an evening in one of its excellent restaurants and a walk along its lively streets and square. Towards the interior of the island, the charming village of Aggius is one of the most beautiful in all of Sardinia. Here you will find a pizza that is just as good as the Neapolitan one. Tempio, the capital of Gallura, is a little further away from Aggius. Renowned for the production of cork, Tempio boasts a truly extraordinary shop, where you will find valuable items, even clothes and bags, made exclusively of cork.
