Villa Amelia among the olive trees

The villa is 80 square metres and offers accommodation up to 4-5 persons. It has 2 bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower, air conditioning, satellite smart TV, wi-fi connection, veranda and large balconies. Villa Amelia is a brand new house with a modern and functional design. The house is surrounded by olive trees and flowers, while the scents of our botanical garden enter the windows of the sunny rooms. The space The colors of the rooms and the furniture are light and the mattresses of the beds offer you a restful and refreshing sleep. On your terrace, you can enjoy your meal or your drink captivated by the beauty of nature and our beautiful well-kept garden. On the other hand, you can cool off in the swimming pool and enjoy moments of relaxation while sunbathing. The house is close to the nearest beaches of the area (1.5 km), taverns, mini markets, pharmacy (2km), archaeological sites (Eleftherna) and just 20min far from the centre of Rethymno town. NOTE: There are two more independent houses in the same field. Guest access The house is located just 1.5 km far from the beach, the nearest shops, mini markets, taverns, pharmacy etc. and 20 min far from Rethymno town. It is located in such a convenient position that you can easily visit the eastern and western Crete (about 1 hour by car). You could combine your stay with a visit to the closest historical monasteries which are open to the public, archaeological sites, the nearest picturesque villages and the town of Rethymno (10km far) covering very short distances. You could also go hiking, biking, fishing and swimming in the sea. During your walking tour you will enjoy the scenic route, the optical memorable and emotional experience offered by the landscape.
