This property is professionally managed by LLB Property Management – a VAT-registered company, officially based in London but proudly run locally by our family. We’re serviced accommodation specialists with over 2 years’ experience providing a home-from-home for families on getaways and those working in the area. We now manage around 50 properties across Cumbria. Whether for business or leisure, expect a comfortable, friendly, and reliable stay. VAT invoices are available on request. The space 3-story Georgian townhouse just a few minutes’ walk from the harbour. A great base to explore the Lake District. It is also well equipped to accommodate contractors as all essentials are provided. The property is in the centre of town, ideal for those working at Sellafield or around Whitehaven. A Premier Store and a local fish & chip shop are just a few doors down. There are numerous pubs within a few minutes’ walk. On-street disc zone parking is nearby as well as town centre car parks. This traditional 3-storey Georgian townhouse sleeps up to six guests across three cosy double bedrooms, each of which has storage space for clothes and personal belongings. Complimentary hand and bath towels are also provided for each guest. The bathroom is equipped with a bath and overhead shower, making it perfect for relaxing. The living area has a snug feel with two cosy sofas and a smart TV, feel free to log in to your favourite streaming platforms and get comfortable. This house has maintained several period style features including 18th century style windows, patterned coving and patterned fireplace. Although this house feels authentic in its layout, it also contains a more modern style of kitchen. The kitchen is well equipped with utensils, crockery, a kettle, toaster, microwave, and basic pantry items such as oil, salt, and pepper. Additional kitchen amenities include an oven, hob, refrigerator, freezer, and washing machine. The kitchen also has French doors that allow for access to a small yard space. Upon check-in, our guests are provided with washing pods and products to wash up with. These provisions allow you to make full use of the amenities! Situated close to Whitehaven’s town centre, this house is an ideal location for those looking to enjoy the offerings of Whitehaven and Cumbria. Whitehaven has several local pubs and restaurants around the town centre and historic harbour. A Premier Store and a local fish & chip shop are just a few doors down. There are numerous pubs within a few minutes’ walk. Whitehaven is approximately 27 miles from Keswick in the Northwest Lake District and 48 miles from Windermere and the South Lake District, making it a great base for exploring the beautiful Lake District. Although this property is ideal for holidaymakers, it would also suit those in the area for work, with local transport links to West Cumberland Hospital, Sellafield, and Westlakes Science Park. Unfortunately, this house does not have a private parking area. However, there are several pay-and-display car parks nearby, the details of which can be provided by your hosts. There are also several local disc zones; more information on disc zones can also be provided by your hosts. Whitehaven also has accessible public transport links, with trains running from Carlisle to Barrow-in-Furness and local bus services running to other local towns. Other things to note Please note that there is an offline security deposit of £150 charged separately in the form of a pre-authorisation charge. This will show as a pending transaction on your account throughout your stay. It will only be charged in the event of damages or a breach of our terms and conditions.
