Relax with the whole family in this peaceful residence in rural surroundings. The area is very child-friendly with car-free access. There are many hiking opportunities with, among other things, the ancient road that stretches through Sydskogen and over to Høymyrdammen and further down to Sjøstrand. Røykenbadet with children's pool, slide, sauna and hot tub is only 10 minutes away. About 19 min to Asker, 9 min to Heggedal, 30 min to Drammen and 39 min to Oslo. Daily boat departures from Vollen to Aker Brygge The space 1 floor consists of an entrance with a wardrobe, a separate toilet, kitchen, living room with fireplace, a terrace on the front of the house with sun loungers and a terrace with a superstructure on the back with outdoor furniture, barbecue and associated garden with trampoline. Newly completed wooden cabin in the woods below the trampoline. The house is equipped with a 4-person hot tub on the porch. The 2nd floor consists of two bedrooms, a bathroom with bathtub, washing machine and dryer. Own ceiling-mounted drying rack. Guest access The whole house with kitchen, living room, a bathroom with bathtub, an extra separate toilet and two bedrooms. There are nice outdoor areas with terrace both on the front and back of the house with associated garden. An extra bedroom in the house is locked and is not part of the rental part. Other things to note The house is located in a car-free zone in a building area where there is a short distance to several playgrounds. There is a trampoline and a wooden hut for the children behind the house. I have various toys such as duplo, drawing materials and board games and outdoor toys for children such as football, bicycles and kick bikes that can be borrowed and are included in the rent.
