You’ll love the coziness of this place with its great views and location. This house sits at the highest point at our property with breath taking hill top views on all sides. Very unique with all modern amenities and can fit your family and your guests comfortably. Located right off highway 69 within 10 minutes driving distance to Denison Downtown and 25 minutes to Lake Texoma. At night the stars are bright and clear. Enjoy amazing sun rises and sunsets with a beautiful open deck and a balcony. The space The unit has one master bedroom with a King bed, and a futon ,a guest bedroom with a Queen bed. There are two is a couches that can be turned into beds. We also provide an extra air mattress (twin size). We strive our best to make your stay pleasant. Property has security cameras and solar flood lights all around for your safety. If you have any kids in your party, please ensure that they under adult supervision around the premises, especially around the pond area. We advise you to stay away from high grass areas to avoid Chigger bites and wear proper footwear. We try to keep all the areas around the property mowed and clear all the time. Avoid going into heavy wooded areas as there could be snakes and other wildlife you might encounter. If you are lucky, you may be able to spot some deer on the property from time to time depending on the season. Extra Charges Applicable: $25.00 per extra guest and $250.00 fee if we notice smoking/vaping inside the unit. DoorDash is available in the area that you could try to order food and grocery. Our breakfast favorites are Revolution Coffee, CJ's, Starbucks and Panera Bread. For Lunch & Dinner there are several choices like Franks & Lolas Tacos, Panera Bread, Chipotle and many other options from both Denison and Sherman cities that you could order from. Also DoorDash delivers Groceries from Albertsons, Walmart and Target in the area. Guest access Please follow all the guidelines we listed regarding children and swimming in the pond to ensure safety of everyone staying at the property. Wear proper foot ware at all times as there are some thorny bushes and sharp objects you might run into on the property. Please remember that this is a farm and you are responsible for your own safety. Please try to avoid touching or playing with any equipment like tractors, automobiles or any other farm equipment that belong to the owner as they can cause injuries that you will be responsible for and you will be liable for any damages. Other things to note Please avoid blocking the driveway at all times. We have other units on the property and we'd like to provide best experience for all our guests.
