Private hilltop escape to relax & enjoy fresh air. Located on a homestead that includes a House, Wood Shop, Summer Kitchen, & Garden. Perfect place to study for exams, finish your book, or get away from the city. Looking for positive self-reliant folks with a can-do spirit. The cabin is up on a hill on our property away from our home and woodshop / workshop. Guest will have access to driveway, yard, and cabin as well as public parks and nature trails. Access to wood-shop / workshop upon request. The cabin is part of a homestead so owner and his family are nearby in case guest has any questions or needs any help. The cabin and homestead is located on top of a rolling hill down a country road in a beautiful part of Pennsylvania! Plenty of nature trails and parks surround the neighborhood within walking, bike riding, or driving distance. Winter Update: If guests do not have 4x4 vehicles they may need to park at lower parking lot and walk 100ft up to cabin. Insulated walls / ceiling + wood stove + electric heaters but floors can be cold. Guest drive up second gravel driveway (passed the workshop) next to the cabin with ample space to park and picnic. Camper vans welcome.. RV parking available on other side of property (if needed). Country road great for walking solo or with pets to local trails or public parks. If taking long bike rides, guests should study local trail maps to ensure they only bike on roads that have bike paths as some local roads are both busy and narrow. Items to note: 1. Our neighbors have x2 German Shepard dogs. Guests should keep their pets on-leash when walking on the road. 2. The cabin is a non smoking area. 3. Outside visitors of guest to the property need to be approved of beforehand. 4. Groups of unapproved visitors are strictly prohibited. The cabin is not a hangout or party space. 5.
