THIS IS NOT A LUXURY RESORT —there is NO AIR-CONDITIONING; we rely on sea breezes, fans, and the tropical climate. Beachfront nature means geckos and tropical insects are part of the environment. We keep spaces clean, but if this bothers you, it may not be a fit. For an affordable, relaxed, rustic stay by the sea, you’ll feel at home. The space Our location is ideal for those seeking an authentic 'escape from the crowds' experience. The house comprises: A master bedroom with ensuite bathroom featuring separate sinks, a king-size bed, and a walk-in closet. Additionally, there is a spacious balcony that connects to the dining area. A guest room with an ensuite bathroom that can accommodate either a king-size bed or two single beds, and an attic with a king-size bed convertible to two single beds and one bunk bed. A spacious living room with a large ceiling fan, a dining room with an 8-seater table and a ceiling fan, a fridge with a freezer, and a hot and cold water dispenser. A basic large communal kitchen with a sizable island table, a fridge and freezer, and a stove. Please be aware that all rooms are equipped with either stand fans or wall fans only; there is NO AIR CONDITIONING available. Guest access Well positioned for exploring the rest of Siargao with Magpupungko rock pools close by. We can provide motor bike and scooter rental at lower than market rate on a daily basis in order for you to make the most of what Siargao has to offer. Our place is literally OFF THE BEATEN TRACK and the road to our place is not concreted. It's an adventure that will lead you to your own private beach! The road is a little bumpy so please take care. Other things to note ANIMALS IN THE PROPERTY We have a strong affection for animals, and our property is home to friendly cats and dogs, all of which are cherished members of our family. Although our dogs, who are beach enthusiasts, may bark occasionally, they have never caused any issues. Our place is a sanctuary for animal lovers, so if that doesn't align with your preferences, it may not be the perfect match for you. Nevertheless, we have managed to win over some of our guests! RENTALS AVAILABLE Currently, we provide airport pick-up or drop-off services for a fee, offer motorbike rentals, and have a selection of boards available for rent, focusing primarily on short boards. Our aim is to introduce longer boards suitable for beginners who want to catch waves near the shore. WIFI Starlink WiFi is available now, but please note that the signal is limited to indoor areas and does not reach the beach area. HOUSEKEEPING Additionally, we provide daily housekeeping, and bed linens are changed every 2 to 3 nights, depending on the duration of your stay.
