At the lower level, which has an independent entrance from the backyard and parking area, is the main bedroom with either a double or two single beds and ensuite bathroom with shower. At the middle level, where is the main entrance of the residence, is the living room area with two comfortable sofas, easily transformed to two comfy beds 90x200. At this level is situated a kitchenette with kitchen table and two chairs and the second bathroom of the house, also with a shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with a small fridge and 2 ceramic hobs. Dishes, pots and pans and cutlery are offered, as well as a kettle and an espresso coffee machine. Upon request you can have a toaster or a microwave. The middle level gives access to a big terrace and a private pool.
