Welcome! Located in the heart of Mission Beach, built in the 60s but remodeled two-story beach home offers the perfect retreat for families or friends. Featuring two bedrooms and two bathrooms, the home includes two cozy queen beds and a twin bed, comfortably accommodating up to six guests. The fully equipped kitchrn, high chair, Pack ’n Play, beach chairs, umbrella, and private parking—everything you need for a relaxing and convenient beach stay. Please Note:WE DO NOT HAVE A WASHER AND DRYER!! The space Brand new remodeled space with a beach-y modern vibe. It will feel like a home away from home. Less is more is the theme of this house - except there is ample sunlight, space, all the amenities. You will have everything you need and nothing you don't to simply create a memorable time in Mission Beach! The house boasts two comfortable queen beds and two twin beds, making it suitable for up to six guests. With its BIG WINDOWS and central air conditioning and heating, this beach house offers a comfortable escape from the sun and heat. The second-floor balcony provides breathtaking views of the bay and is the perfect place to relax with a cup of coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. The house is 10 feet away from the bay and 1.5 min walk to the beach. There are coffee shops, restaurants, and grocery stores, in walking distance. Guests will have easy access to all the essentials. And with recreational rentals such as surfboards and bikes, as well as nearby attractions such as Belmont Park and the San Diego Zoo, there is something for everyone to enjoy. To make your beach experience even more enjoyable, the house comes equipped with beach chairs and an umbrella, so you can sit back, relax, and soak up the sun. The private parking spot is a plus in this busy area. Guest access Guests will have an access to the entire house. Please note there is NO laundry washer and dryer in this property. Other things to note Please note: We do NOT have a laundry washer and dryer on the property. However, there are many laundromat in the area. Please note the parking garage opens outwards. Please make sure to move your car away from the door while opening the garage door (: The garage space is wide and can fit TWO cars but it is not long enough to close the garage door once parked. Please leave the garage door open and lock your vehicle and you're good to go!! Please note: There is a no pet, no smoking policy in place! Our son has many severe allergies.
