Guest access Guests are welcome in all areas of the home with the exception of the basement past the laundry room and garage. There are a few locked cabinets through out the house used for personal storage. Please do not enter these. Other things to note Air conditioning is only in living space. Bedrooms are cooled by fans only. There is room for 2 vehicles in the driveway. There is also room for vehicles directly across from the stairs up to the house. Please note that there is a small bridge that must be crossed to get to the property. Large vehicles such as campers/trailer with boats cannot cross and there is no place to park them. Please reach out with questions prior to booking. The house is in the country. Please understand there are farms nearby that we cannot control. Being near the water attracts natural wildlife of all sorts. Please expect animals &/or bugs. Lawn care is necessary & may occur during your stay by Hawks Landscaping.
