Available on a 'whole of house' basis, The Residence is a beautifully restored three bedroom heritage villa located in the Barossa Valley. The self-contained property features three king size bedrooms (two with en-suite), a full equipped kitchen, guest bathroom, dining room, dedicated workspace, lounge and laundry. Surrounded by gardens and estate vineyards, the property is located adjacent the Schubert Estate Wine Room where Residence guests enjoy a complementary tasting. Two bedrooms have en suites, and there is an additional separate bathroom that the 3rd bedroom can access. There is also a kitchen, dining room, workspace, laundry and lounge. Guest access Guests will be provided with a keypad access code prior to arriving at the property. The property is accessed off Roennfeldt Road via The Residence entry way to the east of the lawn. Other things to note The Residence is family friendly, and sleeps up to a maximum of 6 guests. Given advanced notice, one of the bedrooms can be converted from a king bed to 2 x king singles.
