Warm and sunny home

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis, close to all that Brighton has to offer. My home is bright, sunny and colourful. The garden is extra special, it has the sun and birdsong all day, with a patio for breakfast / lunch, the next patio and lawns for afternoon sunbathing, and the secluded top deck for sundowners and firepit. You'll have the main bedroom plus use of shared facilities. We are an LGBTQI+ friendly household. I have a lovely, quiet lodger who lives here too The space Your bedroom is a double with big bay window, it's very sunny and warm, as is the whole house. The house is bright and colourful, with lots of plants. Guest access You will have the use of the shared bathroom - if you are coming on a weekday then we can coordinate early morning showers. You will also have use of the kitchen for teas, coffees and breakfast. Use of cooking facilities is by arrangement. The garden is there to be enjoyed too!
