ENTIRE PRIVATE PLACE! BIG private suite,1000+ sqft! Freshly renovated! 2 big bedrooms, comfy beds. Kids welcome. Downtown 15min (car)airport 10 min(car), grocery and all amenities walking. NON-SMOKERS ONLY PLEASE. Each room has computer desk, chair and new BIG Bright window & closet. Enjoy kitchenette with single burner stove, crockpot, dishes, microwave, toaster over, 2xfridge & kettle for a comfortable stay. Big living/ dining room. Sleeps up to 6 ppl. The space PLEASE NOTE: the 3rd bed will be set up for reservations of 5 or 6 people only. A reservation of 4 guests or less there will be 2 beds available for you(unless specifically requested 3rd bed) . Laundry services available for longer stays (7+nights) please ask me for details if you know you will be needing the laundry. The PLACE is very SPACIOUS, very comfortable and VERY clean! Location is fantastic; minutes walking to everything you need: grocery stores, coffee shop, banks, pharmacy, restaurants and more, bus stop that goes right downtown at end of our street! Please not this is ONLY for NON-SMOKERS. DO NOT BOOK if you smoke, due to smoking allergies. Parking is free (anytime of day on the street only). Please note as we have quests from all over the world (hot climates and cold climates), we keep the temperature of the suite at a room temperature of 20 degrees Celsius.
