Our home is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay with us. *LONGER STAYS WELCOME** The space Welcome to our modern three bedroom home, with plenty of free parking and additional free street parking. Our property has been beautifully designed throughout . There is an open plan fully equipped kitchen and dining area to the rear of the house and a downstairs WC and everything you need to feel at home overlooking the private garden. Smart TV and fast WIFI in the lounge with stairs leading to the first floor where you will find a king bedroom, single bedroom and a twin room. The family bathroom is also on this floor. Guest access Self check in and check out service – Note Check in after 22.00 will not have access to customer services to assist in check in so please ensure you have everything ahead of arrival. Upon booking please provide your email address, so that we can send you your check in information. You have access to the full property throughout your stay. Free Onsite parking plus additional free street parking. Other things to note Minimum booking age of lead guest is 21 Early/late check in/out requests can be accommodated, where possible; upon prior request with an additional £45. Strictly no parties, no smoking, no vaping in the property. You will be charged a minimum of £200. When departing the property please remember to take all belongings with you. Charges apply if left belongings need to be posted to guests.
