Bedrooms| 2Bedrooms, 1double beds, and the other one which include 3single beds total 5guests Linens| At 360 Estates, we love a good night's sleep, all linens provided are of the highest quality, and all beds are made! We also provide 2 towels per person on each bed. If the sofa bed is used, we would also provide and prepare the bed accordingly. Laundry| Apartments have access to the washing machine, cleaning equipment, iron, iron board, toiletries, and anything our guests would require to make their stay that much more special. Guest access 24/7 Access to all the amenities of the apartment. Other things to note Very important notes before booking: 1. For over and above 3 week bookings, an additional 50 Euro per person per month is to be paid, which will be sent via AIRBNB as an extra cost after booking which will cover the extra water and electricity consumed. (Max to be paid is 150 Euro) 2. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such. 3. An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning. 4. Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand. 5. Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us. 6. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WHATSUP group with all the persons involved there, so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. The group can be used by all the people within the booking. 7. No additional guests which is not part of the booking is allowed to sleep at any time in the premises. The apartment is always insured on the guest amount you book.
