Large Patchogue Village House Next to a Lake

This unique home sits across the street from Patchogue lake on a corner lot in one of the nicest pockets in all of Patchogue. It is a three minute drive (or ~15 minute walk) to the town where you can find some of the best restaurants and bars on Long Island. It's over 2,900 sqft, has three available bedrooms, three bathrooms, smart TV's, games, a full kitchen, dining room, and a yoga/meditation room. This is a family home and we ask that you kindly leave everything the way it was found. Thanks! The space Our home features a large formal dining room, yoga room, stairs that lead up to the bedrooms, a full kitchen with a kitchenette, an oversized den that is used as our living room, and a good size backyard with a gas BBQ. There is a pool table and dart board in the basement that is partly finished and a separate room with a washer and dryer. Guest access Guests have the entire house minus access to one room upstairs and the garage. You'll have access to one parking space in the driveway and street parking on either side of the house. There are two entrances to get into the home, however, the lockbox will be on the front door. Other things to note We have cards, backgammon, and a practice putting game available for use. Southampton is a 30-minute drive from us.
