We warmly welcome you to the guest apartments in our house in the southeast of Dresden. The apartment is fully equipped for self-catering including towels + sheets. Bakeries + shopping, including organic, are nearby. Unfortunately, a washing machine is not available for use, but there is a laundromat about 2 km away. We can only accept reservations directly from the user(s) and ask you to take this into account. The space We offer a modern and cozy, fully furnished apartment for max. 2 people. Please consider when booking whether you are booking for one person or for 2 people. If occupied by a second person, an increase of 12 euros per night is deposited. Please take this into account even if you temporarily have a 2nd person stay overnight, even though you have only booked for one person. We provide you with very high-quality and cozy summer or winter beds and pillows filled with real feathers and down. You will sleep wonderfully in them. Our apartment is also very suitable for a stay of several months, especially when used by one person. Unfortunately, there is no possibility for additional accommodation for children. For washing your laundry, you can use the laundromat on Prohliser Allee 31 at a distance of about 2 km. Guest access Separate staircase. Other things to note Very quiet but logistically very good location. Within just 20 minutes by bus line 66 (stop 3 minutes walk, see also app: DVB) or by car, you are in the center of our beautiful city or at Dresden Central Station. With line 66 you have a direct connection to TU Dresden in 28 minutes.
