Direct Trains into Edinburgh & Glasgow . The space First Floor Bedroom 1: X2 single beds with a disabled bathroom. Hand railings to support flat floor for shower. This bedroom can be for disabled access 1 bed is removed & eclectic single bed in place . Bedroom 2: double 6ft4 bunk beds .extra single bed can be added on request . Bedroom 3: double & single bunk beds. X1 single bed . Plenty of clothing storage in all rooms. First floor has a total of 3 bathrooms, 3 showers . Large kitchen area that can seat up to 20 people around the table with access to all cooking facilities. Games room also on the first floor with the choice of American pool table, table tennis and full size poker table. There is a bar with a large urn for instant hot water and a large music speaker with disco lights also accessible in this room. The spa is located on the first floor with a hot tub, steam room & sauna. Gowns, disposable slippers and large towels provided. Second Floor Bedroom 4: X2 single beds & 1 double bed Bedroom 5: double 6ft 4ft bunk bed with single on top has en-suite . Bathroom with bath & shower. Large sitting room with kitchenette . 2 travel cots also on site . If retreats are being held on the premises then yoga mats, pillows, blankets, singing bowls, gong, shamanic drums and on-site water machines are all provided. Outside The premises looks out into the scenic fields and there is garden access with a large fire pit, BBQ, animals, cold water therapy tubs x3 and plenty of outside seating. There is a significant amount of space for onsite car parking. The train station is a 5 minute drive away with free car parking . Trains go directly into Edinburgh & Glasgow. There is motorway access also a 5 minutes drive making it easy access to both cities & plenty of places to visit in the surrounding areas. Guest access All areas on first & second floor can be used . No Accomodation is shared other than the front door access. Other things to note 3 friendly goldendoodles and 1 old husky live on the premises with myself , my son 13 . We share front door access then we have our own facilities on a 3rd floor which is a different area to your accommodation. No facilities are shared .
