Flat share: one bedroom in an apartment, I stay in the second bedroom. Quiet, sleeps 2. Close to the Stade de France in Saint Denis. To reach Paris, take the line 13 Carrefour Pleyel stop, a 5-minute walk away. This line will take you directly to Montmartre, Boulevard Haussmann with its shopping malls or Champs-Élysee. To reach the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre, the Saint Michèl district. You will only have to change lines once. The space The Chic & Cozy Pleyel This charming apartment is quiet, bright, overlooking a garden, with an area of 70 m2 that can easily accommodate 2 people with its two bedrooms (one occupied by me), located on the ground floor This apartment has: - a living area with a sofa bed and dining table with TV, fiber Wi-Fi connection. - an open and fully equipped kitchen, with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster. - a garden view bedroom with TV (double bed (180 × 200) - second bedroom (140 × 180 bed) - A bathroom equipped with a shower, toilet and washing machine, or you can hang the laundry inside or outside in the small garden. - Abundant storage 2 large closets in each room. Activities: - park for children as well as a basketball and soccer field. - Stade de France - 5 min from the future 2024 Olympic Games - Millenium shopping mall - La Cigale concert hall The neighborhood: The Pleyel district offers a dynamic location not far from the Stade de France in Saint Denis, with various shops and restaurants.  To reach Paris, take the line 13 stop Carrefour Pleyel, a 5-minute walk away. You will only have to change lines once.  Transportation: 1/ Car If you choose to come by car, close to the A1 and A86 motorways, you can park easily and for free on the street of the apartment at jule genovesi. 2/ Metro & RER As for other modes of transportation, here is some information that may be useful to you: - Carrefour Pleyel metro stop (line 13) -> 5 min walk. (Champs-Élysee, Montparnasse...) - Metro stop Mairie de Saint Ouen (line 14) -> 5 min by bus: Louvre stop, Tuilerie, Lyon train station.  From 15 to 30 min. - Stade de France RER D: 15 min walk - Nearest airport: Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport (20 km) or 30 min.
