1 Bedroom on Garnet Hill trails

Take a break and unwind at this beautiful oasis set on 23 Acres. Ski in/out on Garnet Hill Trails. This is for a suite. Bedroom with king bed, living room with gas fireplace but no kitchen. There is a coffee maker, microwave and small fridge. Window AC in bedroom in summer. If you have a larger group, look at the other listings for access to North Acres with an updated kitchen and 3 king beds or for the farmhouse alone. The space The suite is attached to the North Acres Farmhouse. There is a small fridge, microwave and coffee pot provided for use. There is no second sink; the sink is in the bathroom. There is no access to the farmhouse kitchen and no cooking/eating utensils. From the deck you can enjoy the birds or deer grazing in the field below. The night sky is also a joy. There is minimal light pollution here. There is a window AC in the bedroom window for the summer. Note that there are no curtains on French doors between the bedroom and living room. Garnet Hill hiking and cross country trails are steps from the front door. Gore Mt is 15 minutes away. Lake George, Blue Mountain and Tupper Lake are all wonderful day trips. Propane grill is available for shared use; please bring your own BBQ cooking utensils. Guest access Suite occupants have full and private access to the suite, deck with picnic table. Shared access to BBQ grill and fire pit if farmhouse is occupied. No grill utensils are provided. Please note Adirondack chairs and picnic table are put away for winter season. The bonfire area is generally inaccessible in winter as is the deck. Other things to note Suite is off the kitchen of the farmhouse. Quiet hours of 10:30pm - 7am requested if both are occupied. Use of the cut/split wood for the wood stove will incur an extra charge if used in fire pit. Please only utilize gathered wood that is by the fire pit.
