There is a kitchen, laundry space, full bathroom and living room on the main level. The bedrooms and second bathroom are upstairs. There is a door that remains locked separating the units (hotel style) and noise does not easily transfer. While guests can access the backyard from the living room, it is not a prepared space and should not be considered with your review of the home. Our backyard is a work in progress and we hope to design a nice outdoor space for guest use in the future! Guest access The entire unit B is for guest use. No shared spaces in this unit. Other things to note We have a strict no smoking policy anywhere on the premise and we cannot accommodate pets due to the carpet in this unit. No weapons allowed inside the unit. Guests are advised not to enter the storage structure in the backyard for your safety.
