Track 1 with Jacuzzi

Are you looking for a wonderful, relaxing stay in your own private cottage with a private Jacuzzi?! And to wake up with a fresh breakfast made with love by us? Be welcome and book a stay for up to 2 people (18+) in our cozy cottage. You have every opportunity to relax in the cottage with, for example, a movie or series with room service, but you can also choose from many day trips in the area, such as the Efteling! The space Track 1 has its own private entrance in our parking lot. Private garden Through the gate and the hallway to the back you reach the private garden. Here you will find: • A private Jacuzzi, which is preheated upon arrival and available throughout the stay • A dining table with chairs • A lounge set to soak up the sun Tiny House – 30 m² This space has: • Spacious double bed (180 x 200) • Cabinet for hanging clothes • Comfortable sofa to watch TV or stream a movie/series • Dining table with chairs • Electric heating and air conditioning • Dolce Gusto coffee maker • Water boiler • Coffee and tea facilities • Ample tableware • Refrigerator with mini-bar • Board games, books and magazines Bathroom The bathroom is fully furnished with: • Sink with storage space • Spacious rain shower • Shampoo & shower gel (2-in-1) • Towels The toilet is located separately next to the bathroom. Guest access Track 1 is located in our very quiet garden with a private entrance and a complete separation so that you can enjoy your privacy. You can also park your car for free in our parking lot next to the B&B. Other things to note Your stay at Spoor 1 includes: • Bed and bath linen • Cleaning fees • Coffee and tea making facilities (which are ready) • Shampoo & shower gel (2-in-1) • Use of the private Jacuzzi Not included: • Breakfast €15 per person. Feel free to send us a message! • Tourist tax: €2.50 per person per night • Would you like to bring your faithful four-legged friend along? You can! We charge €25 per booking for the extra cleaning fee. Important to know⚠️ Our B&B does NOT have WiFi! Our B&B is a place where guests come to enjoy peace and relaxation. To maintain this peaceful and quiet atmosphere for everyone, we do not receive festival-goers and kindly ask our guests to be back by midnight at the latest. Room service It is possible to order room service throughout the week. Want to view the map? Send us a message. The cost of any room service, breakfast or use of the mini-bar will be settled at the end of the stay. Hot Stone Massage🪷 Would you like to relax extra during your stay? It is possible to book a wonderful hot stone massage. Our co-host Nienke specializes in hot stone massages and provides a soothing treatment where warm stones help release tension in the body. The massage lasts 90 minutes and costs €90. Would you like to book this massage during your stay? Just send us a message, and we’ll be happy to schedule an appointment! Surroundings Want to go out? In the surrounding area you will find, among other things: • The Efteling (here you are within 10 minutes through a shortcut that we know) • Loonse and Drunense Dunes • The Biesbosch • Etc. In addition, we are centrally located in the triangle of's-Hertogenbosch, Tilburg and Breda. Within 20 minutes, you are in one of these beautiful cities.
