Quiet and cozy room - great location

Keep it simple at this peaceful but centrally located place. Double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm mattresses) and (optional) an extra mattress (90 x 200 cm) on the floor for a child or a third person. Beautiful bright kitchen with plenty of space for cooking. Comfortable couch with TV. Bathroom with rainshower. Balcony with lots of sun (from 12-1 pm until evening). The space On the left side of the apartment is a room (first door) for other guests and a shared kitchen-living room with a bar and 2 chairs, a couch and a TV. From here you can also reach the balcony where there are several seating areas. On the right side of the apartment is my own room and this room. Straight ahead is the bathroom.
